Requirements for Sales Engineer
- Proven experience as a sales engineer or relevant role
- A solid technical background
- Solid Judgement and good business sense
- Team working ability
- The ability to build relationships with clients quickly.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Resilience, tenacity and independence
- Proficiency in English. A second language (e.g. French) is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Qualifications and Experience
- At least HND (minimum of Upper Credit) or B.Sc. (minimum of 2.1) in Engineering (Preferably Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering) or in Marketing with minimum of Five (5) years post NYSC relevant experience.
- Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Lagos and Port Harcourt
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Participating in meetings, workshops, on-the-job training, team-building events and seminars to develop technical and soft skills.
- Taking notes on experiences, keeping a log of things learned and contributing fresh, innovative ideas to improve existing systems and processes
- To assist their seniors with daily operational tasks, compilation of reports and making presentations to other staff members.
- To learn company policies and industry best practices
- Conducting market research, data analysis, and preparing reports or presentations to support strategic initiatives
- Establishing rapport with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients to build a lasting professional network.
- Representing the company’s interests and upholding its reputation in all professional interactions
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2nd class upper/upper credit with at least One (1) year post NYSC work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a computer literate.
- Not more than 28yrs of age.
