Quality Policy and Objectives

Knightsedge Nigeria Limited (KNL) quality policy is to achieve sustained, profitable growth by providing services which consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers.

This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a system of procedures that reflect the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.

Achievement of this policy involves all staffs, who are individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continually improving working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Managing Director or Quality Manager.

To Ensure effectiveness and continual improvement, we will measure our progress through setting objectives, documenting plans and reviewing our performance and ensure that we invest in training of our employees, investing in resources and investigate new technologies before rolling it into the market.

To achieve and maintain the required level of assurance the Managing Director retains responsibility for the Quality System with routine operation controlled by the Quality Manager.

The objectives of the Quality Assurance System are:

  • To maintain an effective Quality Assurance System complying with International Standard ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Systems).
  • Provide a formalized and enhanced management control of operations in a constantly changing environment.
  • To ensure compliance with relevant statutory and safety requirements.
  • To achieve and maintain a level of quality which enhances the Company’s reputation with customers.
  • To increase measurably the quality of services provided to clients of Knightsedge Nigeria Limited and to contribute directly to increased effectiveness and productivity of staff.
  • To encourage and reinforce in a staff a clinet-centered quality culture based on a determination to provide goods and services that conform to customers’ requirements first time, on time, always.
