The Service involves the provision of the necessary Specialist Services for maintenance and repair of HVAC installations in the Industrial, Residential and any other company assets. This includes all management, administration, supervision, personnel, plant equipment, tools, machinery, materials, services, utilities, protections, attendances, and any other resources, requirements or activities whether of a temporary or permanent nature. Execution of the work shall be with all due care and diligence in strict compliance with the Company’s specification which shall encompass targets for HSE walks, quality, efficiency, reliability and availability.

Main services in the scope of work include without limitation the following:

• Preventive maintenance;
• Breakdown repair including 24 hour Call out service;
• Materials, Parts, and Warehousing;
• Workshop services for repairs, upgrades and fabrications; Management and planning of services;
• Minor system changes & Modifications; De-commissioning & Re-commissioning of existing HVAC Units; Installation of new HVAC units – as may be required from time to time;
• Replacement and upgrading of existing equipment; Fault finding & Trouble shooting.
